Mr. Sushil Kumar Sharma is a Science Graduate and having more than three decades experience in various companies and Industries and having experience of Vendor development, Inventory Management, Logistics Procurement/ Sourcing, Export/ Import, Customer Relationship, Cost Reduction, Coordination Training & Development Team Management.
He has joined HPACS and is responsible for executing the Corporate Insolvency and Winding up orders of NCLT to realise the best recovery of debts for the creditors by disposing off the assets of the bankrupt companies in the scheduled time frame. He directly assists to Mr. Hemant Paliwal, Insolvency Professional and Manging Partner of the firm.
